• "Platform" refers to the Melp India mobile app and website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

3. Nature of Services

Melp India is a technology platform that facilitates:

• Booking appointments with independent doctors
• Purchasing medicines from licensed pharmacies
• Booking diagnostic and laboratory services

Melp India does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are delivered by independent Service Providers.

4. User Account Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify Melp India of unauthorized account use

Melp India is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Appointments, Orders & Services

5.1 Doctor Appointments

Appointment availability is subject to the doctor's schedule. Melp India does not guarantee consultation outcomes.

5.2 Medicine Orders

Certain medicines require a valid prescription. Users must upload a legitimate prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. Melp India reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with applicable laws.

5.3 Lab Test Bookings

Sample collection, testing, and reports are handled by third-party diagnostic labs. Report accuracy and timelines are the responsibility of the lab.

6. Payments & Pricing

• Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Melp India does not store card or banking details.
• In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled within the time limits specified in the App.
• Medicine and lab test refunds are subject to pharmacy and lab partner policies.
• Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider policies.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to disrupt Platform security or functionality

Melp India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform are the property of Melp India or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. Melp India is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with the Melp India Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Melp India is not liable for medical outcomes, service quality, or negligence of Service Providers.
• Melp India is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in dispute.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melp India, its directors, employees, and partners from claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• False or unlawful user content

14. Service Availability

Melp India does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

15. Force Majeure

Melp India is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, pandemics, or third-party service outages.

16. Account Termination

Melp India may suspend or terminate user access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For suspected fraud or misuse
• If required by law

Users may request account deletion as per the Privacy Policy.

17. Modifications to Terms

Melp India may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
