2. Appointment Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before: full refund of any consultation fee paid.
- Within 24 hours: a partial refund may apply, subject to the provider's policy.
- No-show: consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Lab Tests & Home Collection
- Full refund if cancelled before sample collection.
- Once a sample has been collected or processing has begun, fees are non-refundable.
- If a test cannot be completed due to a fault on our side, you will receive a full refund or a free re-test.
4. Subscription & Program Plans
Longevity and partner plans may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund, provided no premium services have been used. After this period, fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
